About Momovo

Momovo is a web app for tracking skills, practices, weekly progress, and personal momentum. It is provided by Kieran Philp. The app is currently an early alpha product and may change over time.

Your Account

• Momovo is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• You may delete your account from the account area. Account deletion is permanent and removes account-owned data.

Using the App

• Use Momovo only for lawful personal skill, practice, and progress tracking.
• Do not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass security, scrape the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to harm other users or systems.
• Do not enter content that violates the Content Policy.

Paid Access

Momovo may offer paid features, higher limits, or subscription plans. Any paid access terms, prices, renewal rules, cancellation options, and refund terms will be shown before purchase or otherwise made available where required. Until full billing is implemented, paid-style access may be manually enabled for testing.

No Professional Advice

Momovo is a tracking and productivity tool. It does not provide medical, mental health, fitness, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use the information shown in the app.

Availability and Changes

Momovo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued, especially during alpha testing. We will try to keep the service useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momovo and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising from use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account breaches these terms, the Content Policy, applicable law, or creates risk for Momovo, its users, or its infrastructure.

Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
